The pricing of the metal on the day of purchase or advance payment will be considered in pricing for the customer. Prices on the Karatkrafter website or store are subject to change without notice. The price charged for merchandise will be as listed on the day of purchase. Pricing may vary slightly due to differences between metal and diamond estimates provided on the website and the actual finished product. Any increase or decrease will be collected or refunded to the customer at the time of the final sale.

Cancellation & Returns:
Refunds will be made for any canceled orders. Orders canceled within 24 hours of placing the order are entitled to a full refund minus a 1% payment gateway charge. Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a processing charge of Rs – 1000/- plus a 2% payment gateway charge. Customized orders will have their making charges forfeited. You can cancel one item within an order without canceling the entire order if the order contains two or more items. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment source. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account. For returns under the 15-Days Money Back policy, the refund will be credited to your account. For orders placed using gift cards, the refund will be credited back to the gift card.
