Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Custom or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Note: Shipping charges for returns or exchanges (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
